But I too prefer a physical copy by far.

It sounds like a really cool service. Play games like you're on a high-end PC without paying for a high-end PC. I couldn't stomach the idea of paying twice, once for the game and once for the subscription to play it, though. I still won't be using OnLive just because I prefer playing on my TV from my couch and don't want to bother setting up the laptop to do that, but it is an interesting prospect. I think Pachter might be right that cloud services like this will take over...

EA has the right to keep it the way they had it, but have decided to change it. They have that right, too. In a free society people can say anything they want, and societal norms and the right to express the opposing view keep things in check. The outcome isn't always what you want it to be, nor should it be, because everyone has a say. I disagree with the people who complained about the game, but those people have spoken and EA has chosen to honor their wishes. At the end of the da...

I think that might offend my pillow. Maybe you should yell into your "sleep headrest" instead.

Doesn't that really accentuate the pointlessness of the whole debate?

Great game even though it didn't really do anything new.

Now I have another "Top 10" list to add to my "Top 10 Pointless 'Top 10' Lists" list.

That could be cool, but would be too different to be called "God of War". Most fans of the series would be disappointed in that.

Stig Asmussen, the director of GoW III, has said that he doesn't know if Kratos is alive or not. It could be that someone or something just dragged his body away.

Oh, and they may have scrapped the idea, but it is still a loose end that got put out and never tied up.

You could also look at Kratos as being an example of the senseless nature of revenge. He is an extremely one-dimensional character, but that could be argued as being an interesting statement unto itself.

That's a whole other discussion, though.

GoW III was, I thought, a really satisfying end to Kratos' story.

Have future games be about his brother that was mentioned in that one bonus video (i think from the original GoW) and hinted at in one or two notes found in the Underworld in GoW III. It was hinted that Kratos' brother was made into an agent of Hades like Kratos was made an agent of Ares. He could use the Claws of Hades as his weapon, which played almost exactly like the Blades of Exile and would pres...

I just have a small problem visually with FPS games using Move. Anyone who has fired a real gun knows that you don't aim by swinging the gun around in front of you, you aim by moving your body. That action isn't represented with Move in a FPS, but is in a TPS.

Hopefully it doesn't bother me too much, because I think Killzone 3 using Move looks like fun.

I haven't played a shooter with Move yet, but what you talk about is a concern to me. Locking the reticule to the center of the screen, though, would have its own problems and might be less intuitive for a lot of people.

For one, the method of using a button to "activate" or deactivate the movement, like the XMB and Heavy Rain do, takes a button away from other uses. Shooters already use all of the buttons, and have already had the R3 button excluded with Move...

Heavy Rain has a patch. Just boot up the game and it will update. It's a pretty big patch and will take awhile to dowload.

High Velocity Bowling's Move update is exclusive to PS+ subscribers for now. If you have PS+, download the free DLC from the store, then boot up the game and let it download the patch that enables the update. It will probably be available to non-subscribers in a month.

But people who trade in might find themselves wishing they had that Wii back in a few months. Not because of Move, but because of Zelda and Kirby.

For people who haven't played their Wii in months, it would be a logical choice, but wait until you finish Skyward Sword and maybe Kirby's Epic Yarn and Epic Micky.

This is about ten times more amazing, though. Just imagine when we see game characters walking around looking like this.

Edit @ below: I don't know the technical stuff, so you may be right, but it would probably be possible if you balance things well. Perhaps in games with smaller environments, like Heavy Rain did to get such amazing character models.

I just tried, and it didn't come up. I even tried going to the playstation store to see if I had to download it as DLC.
